From I-87: Take I-87 to Exit 7. Follow signs to go north on Rt 9. Turn right onto Rt. 9R. Keep going straight. Rt 9R will end and become Rt. 470 (Columbia St). Turn left onto Broadway. (Cohoes Middle School will be on your right). Turn right onto McElwain Ave. The building will be ahead on your left on the corner of McElwain Ave. and Grant St.

From I-787: If you are taking I-787 North, it will become Rt. 787 Turn left into Rt. 470 (Ontario St.) Follow the signs for Rt. 470 through the city of Cohoes Turn right onto High St. Go under the train trestle, and turn right onto Younglove Ave. Younglove will immediately curve to the left, becoming McElwain Ave. The building will be immediately on the right.

The school is just a few miles from both I-787 and I-87 exit 7. Once you're on McElwain, it's the large brick warehouse building at the intersection of McElwain & Grant. Can't miss it! Come into the front door on Grant Street, down the hall, to the 4th door on the right.

The nearest CDTA bus lines are Route #82 or Route #29. The building is just a few blocks walks west of the nearest stop. The link to the bus schedule and the Google map above will get you to the gym.

We are now accepting students who are interested in training to be a wrestler, referee, or manager/valet. Classes are opened to men and women 18 years of age and older (or 17 with parental consent).
